When designing a product of this magnitude it is very important that the customers have a reliable and secure way to access their accounts. We easily accomplished that goal by leasing space in a carrier neutral facility. To access and maintain our systems we are required to provide ID and verification before we can proceed into our leased space.
Our space is protected by video surveillance. We use a key to access each of our cabinets. At this time we have more 42U cabinets than anyone in the facility and outnumber even the guys that have their own cages! We are all very excited about how far we have come. We have multiple redundant servers and DS3's as well as multiple IP connections. This allows us to operate many little nodes instead of one large node. Everything we have done has been planned and thought through very carefully. We want you to feel confident that you are placing your trust in good hands! |
