Voicemail Elements
Voicemail Elements is an inbound solution that will be useful for directing inbound call volume or providing inbound services which are useful for your company. You can create a menu driven voicemail system that would allow a caller to press a touchtone to be redirected to another department. If you are a real estate agent you could provide the inbound caller with a description of listings in his area and allow them to transfer live to schedule a meeting. Predictive Elements
Predictive Elements is a blended solution capable of both inbound and outbound at the same time. With this solution you will be able to transfer all outbound calls that are answered immediately to an agent's headset. For inbound calls you can have all your calls transferred immediately to an agent's headset. If you wish you can provide an inbound menu which will qualify the caller and then transfer them to the appropriate department in a predictive environment.
