From your first order you will realize that Butler Digitizing strives to create a personal relationship with all of our clients. Each company will be assigned to a sales representative whose job is to ensure that each one of your digitizing projects is submitted to our designers in a timely manner, and that your design is returned to you in a prompt manner. Furthermore, your sales representative will ensure that you are completely satisfied with your design and if you are not we will make any re-edits at no charge to you.

Not only are we one of the largest digitizer but we also have  over 300 years in combined digitizing experience. In addition we have digitizers with various specialties. We always ensure that your particular digitizing project is sent to the digitizer best suited for each design. We ensure your satisfaction on each design, and if necessary we will redo your design until you are completely satisfied.

More than 90% of our projects are completed and returned to you within 24 hours at no additional charge. Very few digitizers have such quick turnaround time, and digitizers that do 24 hour turnaround usually charge high rush fees.
